Adventure Move And Groove Package

This package includes a 60-minute mobile fitness class themed around adventure and movement. Kids will enjoy a variety of exercises, music, and playful challenges that get them moving and grooving. The session is interactive, with props and games that make fitness fun and engaging.

Children love this package because it feels like a game rather than a workout. You’ll notice increased energy, better coordination, and a happy, active kid after each session.

My background in pediatric physical therapy and group fitness has given me a unique approach that blends safety, development, and fun.
